Biography:
Dr. McCraw joined the UMMC faculty in 2001, following 25 years at the Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. Dr McCraw graduated from the University of Missouri Medical School, and trained in general surgery and plastic surgery at the University of Virginia, Duke University, University of Florida, and Emory University. Dr. McCraw served in the Air Force at Wilford Hall Medical Center. Dr. McCraw is the Past-President and Distinguished Fellow of the American Association of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. McCraw's special interests in plastic surgery include: peripheral nerve surgery, breast surgery, cosmetic surgery, and reconstruction of the lower extremity.
