Biography:
Following medical school, Dr. Walkinshaw completed his internship and surgical residency at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA. This was followed by a plastic surgery residency at the University of Florida at Gainesville, FL. Dr. Walkinshaw also completed a craniofacial fellowship with Dr. Anthony Wolfe in Miami, FL. His primary research interests are rhinoplasty technique and outcome, breast surgery technique, and management of diplopia following craniofacial trauma. Dr. Walkinshaw has been with UMMC since 2007.
